Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Website. 1. Use of the Website
The Website provides information about our organisation, our education businesses, the programmes and services offered under them, and opportunities to work with us. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. Enquiries and how we contact you
When you submit an enquiry, a callback request, a brochure download, an application or a career form through the Website, you agree that we may share the details you provide within our organisation and with the institution, partner or business unit relevant to your enquiry so they can respond to you. You also agree to be contacted by phone, SMS, email and messaging apps about your enquiry and about similar programmes, and that this consent applies even if your number is registered on a do-not-disturb list. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by replying STOP to a message.
4. Information and accuracy
We take reasonable steps to keep the information on the Website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Programme details, fees, eligibility criteria, dates, accreditation status and outcome figures change from time to time, so verify anything material with us or with the relevant institution or regulator before you apply, pay a fee or make any other decision you cannot easily reverse. Nothing on the Website is an offer of admission or employment, or a guarantee of a seat, a scholarship, a placement, a salary or any other outcome.
5. Our brands and services
We operate a number of education brands, businesses and platforms, and information about them appears across the Website. FindMyCollege (findmycollege.com) and Degree Partner (degreepartner.com) are brands owned and operated by Hero Education Private Limited. Each brand may publish its own terms, privacy policy and pricing on its own website, and where you use one of those services, that service’s terms apply to your use of it in addition to these Terms.
6. Your submissions
If you send us a comment, question, application, testimonial or any other material, you confirm it is your own and that it is accurate, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the Website and our services. You must not send anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, harmful to a child, infringing of someone else’s rights, or impersonating another person. We may edit, refuse or remove any submission.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not scrape or copy the Website by automated means without our permission, use our content to build a competing product or train a model, circumvent any technical or access control, submit an enquiry using someone else’s contact details, or use the Website to collect contact details for bulk marketing.
8. Intellectual property
The Website, its design, structure, software and content, and our names, logos, brands and marks, are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, and anything beyond that needs our written permission. Names, logos and marks of third parties belong to their respective owners and appear on the Website for identification purposes only.

The Website contains links to and content from external sites, including the websites of our brands and of third parties. These are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement of any third party, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

We try to keep the Website available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may suspend, change or withdraw any feature at any time.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, or remove anything you have submitted, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use poses a risk to the Website or to other users.
14. Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint about the Website, about content on it, or about how your data has been handled, write to our Grievance Officer at hello@heroeducationservices.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top will change, and where a change is material we will give notice on the Website. Continued use after that means you accept the revised Terms.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply, and our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to another company within our group or as part of a corporate transaction. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of the use of the Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
